Where did you get the older 7.96 version of the UPS plug-in?

I, too, am having the 2 label printing problem on a Zebra ZP 450 ctp thermal printer. I'm not the smartest person, so I have to ask...how do I install the older version of software to fix the problem? I click to install the .exe file, all seems to go well on installing it, but I still have the same problem. What am I missing? This problem is a pain, and UPS is totally usless on fixing it.

I downloaded the 7.96 add-on and tried to run it, but nothing changed after it (apparently successfully) was installed. How can I tell if I managed to overwrite the previous (newer) plugin for firefox with this 7.96 code?

You can find your current version under 'Add or Remove Programs' on Windows XP or 'Programs and Features' on Windows Vista and 7. You probably should uninstall the previous one before replacing it with this old one.
