| UPS Label Printer Prints Duplicates |

I reinstalled Vista on the computer I print UPS shipping labels from today. After installing the newest Zebra drivers and UPS plug-in I was getting two copies of each label when shipping a package from the UPS website with Firefox. Internet Explorer 7 did not exhibit the problem. Experimenting with previous versions of the Zebra drivers and UPS plug-ins, I discovered the problem was the newer 8.10 UPS plug-in. So to the 2 other people in the world that use a UPS label printer with a 64-bit OS and Firefox the solution I come up with is to use the older 7.96 version of the UPS plug-in.

Thank you for sharing this! I just migrated a computer over to Firefox for printing UPS labels, and the current version of the plug-in is junk. Thank you for helping me fix the multiple label printing issue!

I, too, am having the 2 label printing problem on a Zebra ZP 450 ctp thermal printer. I'm not the smartest person, so I have to ask...how do I install the older version of software to fix the problem? I click to install the .exe file, all seems to go well on installing it, but I still have the same problem. What am I missing? This problem is a pain, and UPS is totally usless on fixing it.

I downloaded the 7.96 add-on and tried to run it, but nothing changed after it (apparently successfully) was installed. How can I tell if I managed to overwrite the previous (newer) plugin for firefox with this 7.96 code?

You can find your current version under 'Add or Remove Programs' on Windows XP or 'Programs and Features' on Windows Vista and 7. You probably should uninstall the previous one before replacing it with this old one.

THANK YOU!
This problem has been a pain in my side for at least 6 months. I was using the workaround of pausing the printer, deleting the 2nd job, un-pausing the printer, printing the label, and lastly re-pausing the printer (if I remembered . I can't believe it was so simple.
