I had the same problem under Windows 7 x64 and UltraEdit 14.20. I fixed it by adding UltraEdit's "ue64ctmn.dll", which is defined as a CLSID "b5eedee0-c06e-11cf-8c56-444553540000", to the context menu handlers like this: REGEDIT4 [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT*shellexContextMenuHandlersUltraEdit] @="{b5eedee0-c06e-11cf-8c56-444553540000}" - Markoto

You should add quotes around %1, too...didn't work for me otherwise on files with spaces in the path:

REGEDIT4

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shell\UltraEdit]
@="UltraEdit"

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shell\UltraEdit\command]
@="\"C:\Program Files (x86)\IDM Computer Solutions\UltraEdit-32\uedit32.exe\" %1"
