			<description>Well...I've know about this reset with the CTL monitors, but in attempting to do the reset on this Planer...it ain't happening.  Tried all 3 solutions, both with video cable disconnected, and with it connected, still get the toggling amber and blue.  Any other info, possibly capacitors to be replaced?

			<description>I just completed this on a Serial # B model.  It worked with the VGA cable plugged in, but man, in 20 years I have never seen a crappier monitor than a Planar. - Ryan</description>

			<description>Helpful Hint: Use a power strip, then you just have to turn the power strip on/off. As noted, VGA cable with signal cannot be attached. Rock on. - Mark</description>

			<description>I also had to remove the video cable from my Planar.  Only then did the procedure work.  You will know it worked if the monitor diplays &quot;No Signal&quot; message when finished. - Matt</description>
