This problem has been a pain in my side for at least 6 months. I was using the workaround of pausing the printer, deleting the 2nd job, un-pausing the printer, printing the label, and lastly re-pausing the printer (if I remembered :). I'm not the smartest person, so I have to ask...how do I install the older version of software to fix the problem? I click to install the .exe file, all seems to go well on installing it, but I still have the same problem. What am I missing? This problem is a pain, and UPS is totally usless on fixing it.
